Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the services of Brother Fish Ranch (the "Ranch"), including booking a workshop, retreat, or event, visiting the property, or engaging with our content and offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Bookings and Payments All experiences, workshops, retreats, and events must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by direct inquiry. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your date. Corporate workshop bookings require full payment to secure your reservation. Pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and includes applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and Refunds Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive a refund. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen Ranch closure, we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund at our discretion.

Use of the Property Brother Fish Ranch is a smoke-free, alcohol-free environment. Guests are expected to respect the land, facilities, animals, and other visitors at all times. Activities such as smudging ceremonies and storytelling are offered in a culturally respectful and optional manner — guests are welcome to participate or simply observe. Guests are responsible for supervising their group and ensuring the safety and conduct of all members of their party.

Photography and Media Photos and videos may be taken during your visit for use on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us upon arrival and we will respect your request. By participating in a workshop or event, you consent to Brother Fish Ranch using group photos for promotional purposes unless you have advised us otherwise.

Event Guidelines Events and workshops at Brother Fish Ranch are private, intimate experiences. Disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, or conduct that is disrespectful to the land, the animals, other guests, or the cultural elements of the property is not permitted and may result in removal from the property without refund. Unauthorized commercial use of the space beyond your agreed booking is prohibited.

Liability Waiver By entering the Ranch property, guests assume full responsibility for their personal health, safety, and belongings. Brother Fish Ranch, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained during your visit. All guests participate in activities voluntarily and at their own risk. Guests with mobility considerations or health concerns are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can ensure the best possible experience.

Internet and Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is available throughout the property but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. The Ranch is not liable for any data loss or connectivity issues that may arise.

Weather and Nature Brother Fish Ranch is an outdoor facility exposed to Alberta's natural weather conditions. Guests are advised to dress appropriately for the season and to understand that natural occurrences including wind, rain, wildlife, and insects are part of the experience. Workshops will proceed in light weather. In the event of severe weather, we will make every effort to accommodate your group safely.

Privacy and Communications By booking or subscribing, you consent to receive communications related to your visit and occasional updates from Brother Fish Ranch. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at www.brotherfishranch.com/privacy.

Changes to Terms Brother Fish Ranch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
